Description Boeing is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing Enterprise Services Supply Chain Logistics Organization in Mesa, Az. This individual will provide analytic and information support to the Freight Payment team. We encourage anyone with a strong background in Business Intelligence to apply! Primary Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for the Business Intelligence (BI) information models, dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives and provides solutions supporting the Business Unit or Program partners. The BI analyst will combine programming, SQL skills, best practices and business expertise to deliver information solutions to improve business productivity and business outcomes, and tracks performance to plan.\u00a0 Performs analysis to identify and understand an issue or event. Reconciles and validates data from multiple sources and performs support of financial and resource forecasts and weekly payment files. Investigates evident issues through drill-down exploration and descriptive statistics. Qualifications Typical Experience\/Education: Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a\u00a0Engineering or technical\u00a0related discipline. Minimum of\u00a05 years experience designing Business Intelligence information models and dashboards. Minimum of\u00a05 years experience in Data Analysis. Minimum of\u00a05 years experience in Data Mining. This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a \u201cUS Person\u201d as defined by 22 C.F.R. \u00a7 120.15 is required. \u201cUS Person\u201d includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Preferred\u00a0Qualifications: Experience with accounting, finance and supplier management. Freight payment interacts with numerous accounting functions, program finance, production operations and supplier management.
