Job Description :
This assignment is for a casual part-time effort to help with staffing. The assignment would require that the person have the ability to perform leadership tasks such as working in the contractor and permanent employee recruiting databases and in the leader restricted shared folders.
The candidate must be familiar with the recruiting, staffing, and employment policies and practices of Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control.
The candidate must be familiar with the Engineering and Technology staffing tools.
It is desired that the candidate be familiar with the Smart Track and Brass Ring staffing tools.
