The Iron Patriot program is looking for a Value Stream Manager to lead the startup and development of the Iron Patriot program. Iron Patriot is going to be a fast-paced IDIQ focused on delivery and integration of new capabilities into the customer's environment.
Selected candidates will be part of an integrated team who is focused on new program start in a fast paced new business environment. The selected candidate will lead an Iron Patriot Value Stream and all of its Task Orders aligned for deliveries into a give framework (e.g. S2P, I2F, PGMM). In addition, the Value Stream Manager will be responsible Cost Account Management for the Value Stream, providing direction to subcontractors, working with Subcontract Management, coordinating with the platform provider and stakeholders. You will be an integral part of a team developing new concepts, designs and delivering innovative and affordable capabilities to customers. Selected candidates must be passionate about their trade, insist on product quality and focused on customer mission success. You will be joining a high performing team. The successful candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills, desire challenges and be willing to engage in frequent internal interactions with peers, teammates, and customers in other geographical locations. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
