Develop,design and analyze MRB repair dispositions for discrepancies in aircraft primary/secondary structure and mechanical systems resulting frommanufacturing errors, supplier non-conformances, toolingpart mislocationsand design errors without direction.Conduct root cause corrective action investigations/analyses, and prepare corrective engineering documentation when required including Engineering Orders andDirect Drawing Changes.Perform basic structural analysis to substantiate repair dispositionswith concurrence from the Stress department. Interface with Quality, Materiel and Manufacturing departmentswhen developing repair solutions or corrective action. Candidate may be required to function in a Leadership capacity and represent the organization as the prime technical contact on assignments.
Bachelor degree and minimum nine years related experience. Possess basic knowledge and experience in airframe primary and secondary structure. Experience with MS Office software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project). Able to perform basic structural analysis to substantiate repair designs.Familiarization with NX/ Teamcenter, Catia V4/5 or other computer aided design tool.
Previous MRB Signature Authority. Experience on E2C/D is preferred.
