Company's Electronic & Information Solutions (E&IS) subsidiary Digital Receiver Technology (DRT) is looking for a highly motivated Field Service Representative (Level 3) to support DRT customers and users in the DC area, across the country, and OCONUS. Applicants must have extensive SIGINT/EW experience, a strong grasp of the fundamentals of RF, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and a high aptitude for assimilating new technology.
 The individual will be working in a rotational position, 17 weeks deployed OCONUS and 17 weeks in the Germantown office, for the first three years of their tenure and one 17-week OCONUS deployment every two years for the following four years. Individuals will receive a special pay additive during the deployment periods.The applicant will be expected to make their daily place of work the DRT Headquarters in Germantown, MD.
 
When not deployed, this position will support the following CONUS business activities for DRT:

Training for DRT Operators
Support for System Integration Activities of Prime Contractors implementing DRT Equipment as part of larger systems
DVT and OT&E support to Primes
Technical Support, both remote and on-site, for DRT Customers and Operators
Equipment and Capability Demonstrations in support of Sales
Internal testing and testing support for DRT Engineering
Support Requirements Development, Prototype Evaluation, and Data Collection for DRT Engineering developments
Defect identification and resolution for existing and new products
End user advocate in product development and defect resolution processes

Work Authorization:
This position requires an active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
 
 
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

Must have a current Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with a Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI Poly) clearance.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or 4 years experience in SIGINT, EW, or related field
Experience with the deployment, configuration, and operation of DRT Products
Must medically qualify for deployment under DoD Civilian contractor guidelines and be physically able to perform periodic strenuous tasks ****
Must be able to travel internationally by any route established by the US Government (any extant foreign PNG status must be disclosed at the time of application) 
Experience in RF theory and application
Experience in Windows Operating Systems (XP, 7)
Experience in marking and handling classified material
Must complete a written exam at the time of the interview covering the base competencies above
 
Typical Education / Experience: Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
 
Relocation:
This position's daily place of work is located at DRT Headquarters in Germantown, MD and does not offer relocation assistance. Applicants must reside in the area or be willing to relocate at their own expense. ','Field Service Representative
