This leadership position is located at Lockheed Martin RMS Orlando, FL and will manage 1-2 offsite locations.
This leader will support various DoD collateral, Special Access Program (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs as the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) / Cybersecurity Manager responsible for managing the day to day activities of approximately six (6) Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), monitoring information system security tasks on assigned systems utilizing Defense Security Service (DSS) Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), DoD 8500 documents, ICD 503, Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG), applicable authorization documentation and other related DoD documents. Manages ISSOs across a very diverse environment consisting of high tempo classified operations. Responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing documentation to include System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, Assessment & Authorization (A&A) (Formally Certification and Accreditation (C&A)) packages, and Security Controls Traceability Matrix (SCTM). Supports security authorization activities in compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF).
This is a technical role and a successful candidate must be knowledgeable of information technology security principles, COMSEC, Windows Servers/Clients, PC Desktops, LAN management, and Microsoft suite of applications. The ISSM will ensure self-inspection reviews and system reviews are conducted on assigned systems. This is a multi-tasking environment that demands superior customer service, effective communication, and organizational skills. Mission requirements may require other than first-shift work. Perform Lockheed Martin responsibilities of an L-coded manager (a leader). Tasks include supervising, scheduling and evaluating performance, etc of employees.
1) Must possess an active TS to be considered.
Must attain and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access and Special Access Program (SAP). Current security clearance investigation within 6 years from the investigation close date.
2) Must have and maintain DOD 8570 IAM Level II certification prior to applying.
3) Experience with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework and DoDI 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology (IT). Working knowledge of JSIG.
4) Keen attention to detail and adherence to established security policies.
5) Demonstrated leadership skills or prior leadership experience
1) Experience working with the Defense Security Service and military customers.
2) Experience with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) Compliance Checker (SCC).
3) Proven complex problem solver using ingenuity and creativity while working with a considerable amount of latitude.
4) Prior experience as an Information Systems Security Manager.
5) Ability to speak in front of executives and large groups of people
6) DOD 8570 IAM Level III Certification
