Required Skills

Active Secret Security Clearance

Required Experience

Minimum 10 years of aerospace or avionics domain experience

Minimum 5 years of supporting complex weapon systems

Experience leading technical teams

Plans and conducts technical projects or portions of projects.

Experience dealing with U.S. Government customers

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, relevant technical field, or related job experience

Proven background in aviation standards, processes and practices

Experience in design, operation and maintenance of aircraft or weapon systems

Technical background in electrical systems, avionics systems or software development

Research and development in assigned engineering discipline

Employ best practices, tools, techniques, processes and methodologies selected to design and develop new products or modify existing products

Involved in the capture and/or management of customer and derived requirements, decomposition and assignment of requirements to appropriate functional areas of responsibility, insuring traceability from a verification test matrix back to original customer and system level derived requirements.

Experience authoring in-depth technical reports

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other technical degree

CISSP, Security CE, CEH, or other approved 8570.01 baseline certification

Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and eMASSExperience with development of Cyber Security/IA accreditation documentation
