YOU MUST HAVE Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering 18 months plus engineering experience WE VALUE Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events. Strong oral, written and persuasive communication skills required to interact with engineering teams and other disciplines Demonstrated mastery of design tools appropriate for the field (Mathcad \/ Matlab, ANSYS, etc.) Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and applications. Demonstrated previous program experience & success Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
