This role will offer you the following daily challenges:

As the Lockheed Martin Subcontract Program Management Stf your primary responsibilities will be focused on supporting the development and execution of the Space Enterprise facilities construction projects. You will be responsible to support all aspects of major subcontract execution (cost, schedule, technical, quality) and full integration of the subcontract work scope within the program. Responsibilities will also include interfacing with management both internally and at various subcontractors/suppliers, reporting status and performance metrics to program level management, ensuring timely delivery and quality of direct material to the production and other required sites in support of program milestones. A significant amount of interface is required with program personnel and various functional departments. Your ability to work in Cross functional teams, partnering and leadership with Program Management, Global Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and Production Operations will be essential for success in this role.

Basic Qualifications:

To be successful, you need to possess these basic qualifications:

- Bachelor of science degree in engineering, construction management or similar discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

- 10 years of project management experience in commercial construction and renovation project management.

- Diversity of project experience including small and large projects.

- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.

- Experience RS Means estimating software

- Experience in managing contractor performance of designers and contractors/subcontractors.

- Proficient in MS Office software programs including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once.

- Track record of successful project scope, schedule and budget control.

- Proven construction skills which includes managing and negotiating with general contractors and/or subcontractors.

- Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to include: project schedule, scope, cost, risk and deliverables.

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; as well as effective presentation skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while executing to meet mission success

- Knowledge of basic principles of cost analysis

- Strong ability to resolve tactical obstacles and make strategic decisions while delivering results.

- Proven ability to work effectively with customers, staff, management and diverse populations.

- Demonstrated performance in a team environment showing a respect for others.

- Knowledge of all applicable codes and regulations, including OSHA, ADA, state and municipal codes and regulations.

- Execute projects to meet or exceed customer need dates.

- Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) and FAR

- Strong social acumen - team player able to effectively communicate with cross functional organizations and build working relationships

- Strong ability to multi-task while delivering results

- Experience with creating & executing in a team environment

- Experience implementing change to improve processes

- Knowledge of Procurement, Subcontract Management, Proposal Process, Risk Mitigation & Project Management as it relates to Supply Chain

- Ability to travel
