The Program Manager for the Ground Segment Modernization Program (GSMP) is responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance for the
test and fielding of the next generation mission control capability on the Global Hawk system. The program manager will also be responsible for related efforts necessary field the operational capability. The program manager acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. The program manager establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 10 years of experience in the defense industry including program management experience. Active Secret Clearance. Control Account Management (CAM) experience.
Experience on restricted activities. Significant earned value experience.
