Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is seeking a Systems Engineering Product and Process Lead Manager 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne Florida. The selected candidate will lead SE process, product, tools, and metrics, providing expertise, and guidance across existing MAD COE programs and new business \/ capture initiatives. Essential Functions: \u00b7Communicate and coordinate SE process \/ product needs across the MAD COE \u00b7Coordinate Standardize process with other COE PPLs \u00b7Lead monthly Division SE metrics reviews and report consolidated Division metrics at monthly SE COP PCAB \/ PWB \u00b7Support standardization of SE task descriptions (TDs), basis of estimates (BOEs), product cost drivers \/ adjustment factors, and cost savings\/tailoringideas to proposals \u00b7Provide SE leadership to IRTs at COE and other independent reviews (e.g., proposal reviews \/ NARs, PSRs, PSRRs, etc.) \u00b7Coordinate with SE sub-COP leads \/ POCs across COE and ensure required stakeholders are integrated into SE across COE \u00b7Participate as a voting member in the SE COP PCAB \/ PWG \u00b7Monitor and support COE closure of SE COP CPATS, CARS, and other actions; coordinate actionee out briefings to SE COP at SE COP PCAB \/ PWG \u00b7Support remote COE (e.g., if no local expert is available at that location), back-fill SE&I COP and Integration Manager \u00b7Drive SE process \/ product affordability The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative\/team settings across all levels.
