Develop and maintains budgets, schedules, EVMS, and program enterprise processes/policies. Maintains daily contacts with senior business area leadership and customers concerning operational decisions, scheduling, execution, requirements, contractual clarifications, and proposal details. Establishes and maintains organizational structure, responsibilities, and staffing across multiple organizations. Leader will also be responsible for new business development and growth. Qualifications This position requires an active Current Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active). Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor Degree in engineering, physics or other appropriate technical area with minimum of 10 yearsu2019 experience. Experience in translating customer needs and desires into system requirements. Experience in translating customer needs and desires into system concepts, architectures and requirements through performing system level trade studies. Expert knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO-standards. Directly participates in establishing, managing and administering multiple projects concurrently. Experience in developing and managing technical, cost, and schedule metrics and technical performance measures (TPM).
