As an Electronics Hypersonic Manager , you will will lead and manage the CPS Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) team. This includes leading the team in design, development, fabrication, integration and test of the Missile Test Equipment. Candidate will be responsible for team's development, training, hiring and all personnel matters.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO HAVE:

• Previous electronics and/or software development and experience over the entire product lifecycle.

• Experience in a project management or technical leadership role.

For this position, you will typically have:

• 10 years of professional experience for this role.

• Must have an active Secret or higher clearance , thus you are a US Citizen .

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

• Previous electronics and/or software development and experience over the entire product lifecycle.

• Experience in a project management or technical leadership role.

• Must have an active Secret or higher clearance , thus you are a US Citizen .

Desired Skills:

• Previous electronics and/or software development and experience over the entire Special Test Equipment (STE) and/or Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) lifecycle.

• Project Leadership/Management Experience throughout the engineering life cycle: scoping, sizing, cost estimation, planning, scheduling, staffing, tracking and earned value management.

• Must demonstrate leadership skills and behaviors that align with the Full Spectrum Leadership Imperatives.

• Ability to motivate a team while embracing diversity and inspiring cultural change.

• Experience leading lab troubleshooting during integration and test.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

• Experience in preparation and participation in major program design reviews (Preliminary Design Review, Customer Design Review, etc.).

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving enterprise technical issues.

• Experience leading lab troubleshooting during integration and test.

• Experience in presentation, oral and written communication to facilitate effective and efficient interchanges employees, coworkers, leaders, and customers.

• Ability to communicate how and why a design meets specified requirements both in writing and verbally

• Experience with cross-functional teams located in different locations.

• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules using both Earned Value Management (EVM) and Agile methodologies.

• Identify problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of engineer or facility/infrastructure resources or changing contractual specifications.
