Description: Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) provides systems engineering, software development, training solutions and complex program management for global security, civil and commercial markets. To achieve this mission, RMS draws on its core capabilities in advanced platforms and weapons, C4ISR, global sustainment, training and sensors.This position reports to an HR Director and is responsible for providing HR leadership as a Senior Manager to two market segments within the Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors (IWSS) Line of Business. This role provides strategic senior HR Leadership within the Radar Sensor Systems (RSS) and Advanced Product Solutions (APS) market segments. These market segments include development and production programs located at both domestic and international locations (Syracuse, Owego, Moorestown, Akron, Bothell, Goodyear, Australia, and Kwajalein). The combined revenue for this portfolio is ~$2B annually. The RSS and APS program teams are comprised of over 350 employees (including 12 executives: Directors and above).Leadership responsibilities: -Provide leadership for three HRBPs at multiple work locations-RMS HR Site Lead for Syracuse with local HR team, responsible for site employee engagement and morale-Partner with PM and functional leadership to align HR objectives and initiatives to the business strategy-Lead the development of innovative Human Capital solutions to address complex business issues (large scale change initiatives, business growth, staffing up or down cycles, business integration, executive talent development, coaching for business outcomes, organizational design, and strategic decision making) -Lead deployment of HR strategies and core processes (LM Commit, annual salary planning, LM Employee Insights survey and action planning, talent management and succession planning, career discussions, talent acquisition and workforce planning, organization design and structuringHR responsibilities: -Manage and execute HR processes (talent acquisition and development, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, salary and incentive compensation planning, compliance tracking)-Collaborate with Engineering & Technology and other Functions, to include HR Centers of Excellence organizations to lead change implementation, organizational design, talent acquisition/workforce strategies and strategic talent development-Serve as a critical member of the IWSS HR and client executive leadership teams, and trusted advisor to the RSS and APS market segment Vice Presidents and staff-Partner with site General Manager with over 1400 employees to support D&I initiatives, site-based employee activities, and community eventsSkills for success:Candidates with demonstrated business acumen skills, experience defining metrics and analytics and the ability to deliver effectively on the deployment and management of initiatives and strategies for business results, will be successful in this role.
